HRP's site
investigation and due diligence professionals research and
evaluate current and historical uses of commercial real estate
for the purpose of assessing potential environmental liabilities
associated with known or suspected subsurface contamination.
Twenty years of industrial process and permitting experience
provides our teams with practical evaluation of contaminant
sources.
HRP's geologists and hydrogeologists work with property owners,
lending institutions, potential purchasers and/or developers to
design and implement hydrogeologic investigations focused on
obtaining the specific environmental data necessary to support
the client's real estate and risk management decisions and
regulatory objectives.
Our Hydrogeologists and Remediation Engineers are dedicated to
working flexibly with the client during remedial design and/or
cost estimating to balance competing objectives for remedial
projects, including initial capital costs, operating costs,
timeframe for completion, impact to current and future site
activities, and regulatory cleanup objectives.
