ISO 14001 LEAD AUDITORS
HRP
Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce 11 of their technical
personnel have completed certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
training.
HRP now has the ability in all offices to offer
ISO gap analyses, EMS internal auditing services and EMS
training, development and support to clients.

The personnel recently attended and successfully
completed a five-day ISO14001 Lead Auditor Training course. This
course is certified by
RABQSA (Registrar
Accreditation Board Quality Society of Australasia)
International and meets the examination
requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS)
certification scheme accredited to ISO/IEC 17024:2003. The
course covers competency in: environmental management systems,
management systems auditing, and leading management systems
audit teams.
The certificates received by the
attendees meet the training requirement (knowledge competencies)
to becoming certified through RABQSA. HRP is committed to
continuing the training and education of these personnel in
order to become certified ISO14001 Lead Auditors through
pursuing the necessary work experience and the ultimate
certification through RABQSA.

REGIONAL OFFICE MANAGER
HRP Associates, Inc. is pleased
to announce the appointment of Darci J. Thomas as
Regional Office Manager for the Fishers, Indiana office of HRP
Associates, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in
environmental assessment and investigation, she has managed a
wide range of projects for municipal, state, federal, and
private clients. Ms. Thomas obtained her Bachelors Degree in
Geology from DePauw University. Her areas of expertise include
environmental due diligence assessments, environmental risk
management, subsurface soil and groundwater investigations,
asbestos surveys, wetland surveys, and National Environmental
Policy Act documentation.
As Regional Office Manager, Ms.
Thomas will be working to increase HRP’s presence and to better
support its clients in the region and obtain access to
opportunities in the greater Indianapolis area. “One of our
goals is to provide our clients with new ideas and approaches to
meeting their environmental needs, as well as setting a new
standard for what a client can expect when they engage a
consultant,” states Ms. Thomas.
“The Fishers office is part of
our long-range plan to expand our national presence,” says HRP’s
Chief Executive Officer, Walter J. Gancarz, P.E. “Among other
clients, we have an Environmental Compliance Audit Agreement
with the Independent Colleges of Indiana (ICI) and US EPA Region
5. Our partnership requires a local presence in order to provide
our clients with the technical strengths and quality service
standard that they expect from HRP.”

HRP Associates, Inc. is pleased
to announce recent promotions in their two Connecticut offices.
In the Farmington office, Zoe A. Belcher, LG, RBP, LEP
has been promoted to the position of Project Manager. Ms.
Belcher is a Licensed Geologist, Registered Brownfield
Professional, and Licensed Environmental Professional with
nearly 10 years experience in the areas of remediation,
geotechnical and environmental site investigations, Brownfield
Quality Assurance Project Plans, project oversight, and client
coordination. Ms. Belcher currently serves on the Board of
Directors for the Connecticut chapter of Professional Women in
Construction. She holds an M.S. in Environmental and Engineering
Geosciences and a B.S. in Geology, both from Radford University
in Virginia. Ms. Belcher currently resides in Moodus.
Also in the Farmington office,
Daniel C. Keltner has been promoted to Senior Project
Geologist. Mr. Keltner has over eight years of experience in the
areas of due diligence, subsurface investigations, groundwater
monitoring, and remediation technologies. He holds a B.A. in
Environmental Science from Simpson College in Indianola, IA. He
currently resides in New Haven.
With HRP since 2001, Jason A.
Beach recently joined the Stratford office, transferring
from HRP’s corporate headquarters in Farmington. Mr. Beach,
holding a B.S. in Geology from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY,
has been promoted to Project Manager. His areas of expertise
include due diligence and subsurface investigations as well as
remedial action design and supervision. He resides in Cheshire.

Associates, Inc. ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS IN hOLIDAY OFFICE
HRP
Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of
Catherine J. Eichner, CFEA, LEP to the position of Project
Manager in their Holiday, FL office. Ms. Eichner is a Certified
Florida Environmental Assessor and Licensed Environmental
Professional with over eight years experience in the areas of
environmental compliance, due diligence, project oversight, and
client coordination. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science
and Policy from the University of South Florida.
Erin C. Kane has recently joined the Holiday office,
transferring from HRP’s corporate headquarters in Farmington,
CT. Ms. Kane, holding a B.S. in Geology from Union College in
Schenectady, NY, has been promoted to Senior Project Geologist.
Her areas of expertise include due diligence and subsurface
investigations as well as environmental compliance.
