Joe has over 25 years of experience in accounting for the A/E/C Industry and has his Masters of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation.. He manages the financial affairs of the company, and is instrumental in adding value to all aspects of the company on a regular basis. His responsibilities includes general ledger reporting, project reporting, budgeting, internal and external audits, banking, internal controls, project management financial training, process improvements, business management and overseeing HRP’s accounting personnel.
