Property Condition Assessments
The environmental engineering consultants at HRP perform Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to support property transfers, meet lender requirements, and to help building owners manage their real estate. Our PCAs are conducted in accordance with ASTM E2018-08 and client formats, and are designed to provide you with an easy-to-use report, detailing the property’s:

If requested, the PCA can be expanded to include:
- Asbestos and other hazardous materials (link to this section) surveys
- Verification of building construction in accordance with design code
- Review of seismic tolerance or other structural assessments
